Meet Little Britches' Equines
Artie - I am a liver chestnut gelding and I have been at Little Britches since 2007.
Summer - I am a chestnut Halflinger mare and I have been at Little Britches since early 2008.
Dually - I am a chestnut gelding pony and I have been here at Little Britches for the past eight years.
Teddy Bear
- I am a bay gelding pony and am fairly new to Little Britches, but I am already a pro!
Taz - I am a dark bay gelding pony, owned by Little Britches instructor and exercise rider Samantha.
Del aka Special Delivery - I am a chestnut quarter horse gelding and I started working at Little Britches in the Summer of 2009.
Mocha - I am a bay draft cross mare. I am privately owned and free leased to Little Britches. My owner rescued me as a foal and trained me for riding. Even though I'm only 7 years old, I am a very quiet and professional mare.
Griffin - My first job was transporting Amish children to school in a pony cart! I still like to drive, but all summer I have been working as a therapy horse for lessons. I love my new job, and all the hugs and kisses, too!
Truffles - I am a bay miniature horse an I am trained to drive a cart. I am just the right size for our youngest driving students.
Misty - I am Halflinger mare like Summer. I am VERY excited about the new driving program because as most of us drivers know, there just is not enough attention given to this specialty.
